I BELIEVE I HAD THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER .
One of the stuff ( as a supervisor position) providing me wrong info caused me a lot of financial, emotional, time consuming and many damages.
I have received nothing yet from the company, after I complained but an written apology!!!!!!!!!!!
This action will not be able to cover any cost for any damages i got due to that info.
This is not acceptable at all!!!!!!
I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!
Be carful from the company stuff and procedures because it seems they need more training.
I booked my ticket based on the review that saying they are pet friendly Airline. I paid extra to have a good experience with my pet.
But based on my real experience, they are zero experienced with dealing with pet issues.
Please don't wast your money and energy on thier tickets.
I will never book Lufthansa again and I will advise people to avoid it.
And soon I am aiming to sue this company, and publish what happened in all reviews in all platforms to let people aware for that especially who owns a pet and cho them to get a good travel experience.
