We arrived to the stadium as soon as the Will Call Booth opened to collect our tickets. The disorganization was unbelievable. Everyone in line was frustrated waiting in the hot sun. It took 90 minutes to get our tickets! When we returned for the actual concert, we purposely waited one hour after doors opened to avoid the crowds. It didn't matter. There were MOBS of people waiting to get in, with minimal amount of staff . We were happy to finally get to the venue.....and then we realized the stadium roof was CLOSED. Why?? The weather was beautiful. Yet, during a pandemic, the roof was closed . It was extremely hot with no ventilation. We ended up leaving after 5 songs, and we weren't the only ones. When I searched other reviews for this stadium, I saw many photos for events with the roof completely open, so IMO, it was a terrible decision to have a summer concert with a completely closed stadium.

The restrooms we could not find,they were in another building instead, another bad point !! So, after this bad experience we all agreed that we will never go to this place anymore. It's not worth it for the price... or for anything...
