I don't believe you do and you ppl are so rude and unprofessional I'd rather give another vet my money who cares you should really get all your employees on the same page & story. actually they don't deserve one star but I had to mark it to post review!

This was our first time at SAVES. The place was very clean and the waiting area was large. We gave out information to the receptionist & sat down to wait but it wasn't busy. Someone came out to talk with us. She went back to check on a room. When she came back to take Lily, she was calm and efficient. Lilt went into the exam room and came back in a short time. No Quills! Apparently they are very limited in their hours on Wednesdays and Thursdays and not open 24/7.This hospital should not be advertised as a 24/7Emergency Vet. They drove her down to Concord to a real emergency vet who kept her for two nights as she had hemorrhagic gastroenteritis plus pancreatitis. She has come home and is doing well. So it's needless to say that she got very poor care at the first hospital, which should not be advertising that they are a 24/7 Emergency Hospital and they need to give better care

Check out the website -- every feline guest at this facility is assigned to their own multi-level playpen -- they can sleep three levels away from their private litter box -- and have full room to climb and play. The facility has been designed so that no guest shares "air" reducing the likelihood your pet will get sick, too. Meg, the facility owner and host, gives boarding pets the equivalent of recess time -- she lets them out of their playpens one at a time so that they can wander around the common area and look out the windows at the free range chickens who roam the yard. The facility is immaculately clean and doesn't smell like pets. If you have two cats -- as we do -- you can board them together. Our cats have gone once and will go again. Owner is on site so no worries about the nighttime. He just returned from another week and experienced minimal disruption landing or returning. TTL is not on email so give a ring.

Dr Kelly was extremely thorough in describing the procedure, taking the time to answer all of our questions in a compassionate and truly patient-centered way. He was clearly passionate about the work and incredibly knowledgeable. We were treated with respect and he was open and honest about his recommendations and projected outcomes. The technicians were also caring and went the extra mile to make Daphne (and us) feel comfortable. I received a call with updates from the doctor himself as soon as the surgery was completed, and then another extensive conversation when we returned to pick her up to ensure we understood everything with her discharge and what to expect in the coming days and months. It was clear Dr Kelly and his team are the best of the best when it comes to this type of ortho procedure and we would 10/10 recommend Stonecliff to anyone needing this type of care.
