If they're busy and they haven't sorted your delivery they'll say come back tomorrow instead of spending a couple minutes to search. They'll lie and say your package is with the driver. Sometimes they'll say it's not there even if you've tracked it. DHL Kunde service will tell you their lying, yet can't do anything to help. All these things happen repeatedly and mind you the wait is often 30 minutes just to reach the counter. The people are jokes.
