Word of mouth travelled fast and I was referred to Realosophy and worked with Vincci and John. I was impressed with how Realosophy handled both the closing of my condo and purchase of my house. I didn't get the usual "sales-talk." Instead, I received factual demographic trends of the area, the surrounding amenities, the history of the home, and really usable information that allowed me to make an intelligent decision - not an emotional one. I needed to know the facts, the pros and cons before signing up for the biggest purchase of my life. Without question, I will be using Realosophy again and again and again. - Ludwig

I met him in my neighbourhood a while back and watched him sell some properties. But I was keen on him mostly because he is a man who is well respected among our neighbours and so down to earth. From the moment I first approached him, right through to the final signatures he showed himself to be nothing short of spectacular. He has guided my Dad and I through this sale in the middle of a pandemic. He has been patient and kind, empathetic and always professionally outstanding. He brings excellent communication skills and an awesome personality with a great balance that affords so much confidence. Leif is not just a realtor, he is the full package of one stop shopping insofar as all things necessary to prepare your house for sale. He is a project manager extraordinaire with the personality to go with! 100% would do it all over again with him!
