They have an impressive portfolio of past projects from local businesses to regional corporations like Jacks to public entities like the University of Alabama and Birmingham Shuttlesworth International Airport, so you know they know a thing or two about quality. Their office has to be one of the coolest things you've ever seen. It used to be a nightclub frequented by Johnny Cash, but it's been converted to a space rivalling Silicon Valley. It's got it all - LED lights, a gym, beer on tap, coffee, a full kitchen, giant chess, rooftop golf, and more. The main man in charge, Jay Brandrup, is an outstanding guy and very down to Earth. Even if you're not in the market for a finely-tuned digital marketing overhaul, it's still worth checking out as a passerby. Oh my gosh, I can't believe I found others having a similar experience! I hired Bear based on a…read morelisting he had. Seemed like a nice guy who was really responsive up until the time he took my cash. His email responses started to get progressively longer. At first, he'd respond within a few hours. Then it became a day and finally, just vanished. If this just happened to me but the guy was otherwise a great contractor, I'd write it off as just a victim of life's circumstances. However, multiple stories, spread over time, all over the internet point to a guy who is just trying to steal money. So sad, it ruined me from trusting contractors online. I spent over $6,500 on Bear's services and never had anything to show for it. I've currently going through dispute resolution with PayPal. The funny thing is, Bear doesn't even respond to their emails. It's like he just steals the money and hopes you don't challenge it. **UPDATE: I think it's funny I'm the only one Bear has responded to. Now he's trying to play the "I don't know who you are" card. I've already received Bear's wage garnishment letters from the IRS. His ex-wife has also contacted me to explain that Bear won't pay any child support for his three children. They eventually refunded money I still had in escrow but offered no support for re-gaining the funds released through their site to him. This person cannot be trusted to deliver anything. BEWARE. SCAM ARTIST.
