I get a call from him asking me "what was it I was looking for again" because he forgot and is so busy. I explained to him what I was needing. He started in with, "well, it can get expensive with all the equipment and digging needing to be done, etc" Now, my lawn is probably 600 sqft or less in total. He fed me excuses and without coming to see the actual size, he looked it up on the computer, I am assuming to see photos??? And fed me a total BS estimate of $3,000 and fed me excuses of how busy they are and short staffed and how he is working double. That is absurd and this company lost my respect and business. DO NOT use them.
