I ordered about 20 shirts for an upcoming performance. I was told that it would be ready within a week's time. I called on the date to schedule a time to pick up the products. I was told they hadn't begun the process due to overload of orders from the college in the city. I gave them an extra week. Every few days I would call for updates, just to discover other orders were still being placed and worked on before ours were even considered. "I'm missing certain fonts" or "I need you to resend graphic....oh! you already sent it? Oh ok. Come tomorrow to pick it up" Tomorrow: "Man, let's get you squared away tomorrow (the next Next day). By this time, the event has passed. I just wanted my shirts. I was promised that I could get them in the morning...15 days after the event!! I came...just to find out that they STILL haven't begun on the shirts. I asked for a refund. I was asked to provide a receipt (!!?). The owner went back to his office, his assistant gave us our refund and just said "sorry it didn't work out". That was it. I only recommend this company and use them because they are local AND black owned. But if you need a product, put it in 2 months in advance.
