After reading the reviews for Elliott & Smith Law Firm, I can't add much more to what has already…read morebeen written. However, I can share my personal comments about my own experiences with the firm: 1). I knew I had done my homework in choosing these guys to represent me in this case involving a personal injury. 2). They came highly recommended by people who live in NW Arkansas (I happen to live on a farm in North Central Arkansas and have never needed legal counsel). 3). They are a class organization. The 1st time I met Rick Elliott, he was very personable and concerned about what had happened to me when I was rear ended by a third time convicted DUI driver that had left the scene of the accident. Rick was on top of this case. We kept in touch only when items arose that needed to be addressed. I appreciate every second and minute he spent on my case, but the most important thing is that we won the lawsuit and justice prevailed! I hope I never need legal assistance again, but if I do, I know who to hire -- Elliott & Smith. A big thanks from Randy R.
