We talked to the owner Kenneth who was very knowledgeable and considerate with the budget we gave him. He came to give us a quote, he was in and out after he had all his information to help meet our needs. We didn't expect for him to finish our master bedroom and two bathrooms as fast and professionally as he did but we were very pleased and grateful to have found K&A Residential Painting so we didn't have to worry about breaking our bank to have a professional opinion and help with creating our new house more like our home. Secondly, you are probably worried a professional coming in to "help you" will also be taking advantage of your situation to maximize their profit. We had a fantastic experience with Nick Alley from Dry Effect. He came in, gave a very thorough investigation, taught us a bunch about what to look for and how to prevent future issues. He gave us great options for both professional and home remediation approaches, and the pros and cons of each. Nick went way above and beyond helping diagnose one of the problems we found that looked like a water/mold issue, but that was actually unrelated. Something that they wouldn't make a penny on from fixing. We have since chased it down, and he was spot on with his diagnosis. It felt like a real partnership with a company I could trust. I am sorry if you need them, and I hope I never need them again. But if I do, I won't hesitate for a *second* to call them back in.

Unfortunately I hired another contractor first that struggled with removing the wallpaper despite agreeing to the job, and I was relieved that Ramirez Brothers were able to come through for me. They were very hard workers, respectful with laying down paper all throughout the house including areas they were not painting in (but walking through) to protect the rest of the home. We ended up hiring them more jobs including painting several rooms and ceilings, as well as a full kitchen cabinet painting job afterwards. Their work is fantastic and everything looks great. We will be definitely going to them for future painting jobs.

They even completed the work sooner than they had originally thought. I would not hesitate to use L & S again, or recommend them to someone needing a professional painter.
