First, I was impressed because they had someone available that speaks English to help me with making the appointment. When I arrived, I was greeted very warmly and offered a drink while I waited. Maria was my esthetician and she was amazing and very thorough. She prepped my skin to make the process a little less painful. She made sure that every hair was removed, double checking her work several times. After she finished, she soothed my skin with one of the facial instruments, some sort of a cream and cold massage stones (glass). It was an amazing experience. I only wished I had found them sooner!
