AJ has 18 years of experience in the field (as per him), But somehow lacks manners while interacting with customer. I have address him as Sir and asked him my questions politely, however, rather then addressing my questions with professionalism, he just shrugged it off and said "I know what I am doing I have 18 years of experience". 2nd: he forgot to mention during his estimate visit, that they will not move any furniture (even a lightweight one). When I asked him, "if you do not move furniture you should have mentioned it during your estimate visit or a day before coming so that we would have been prepared accordingly". And that also, he just shrugged and said you should have asked me. 3rd: The corners of the carpet were dark after the cleaning, and when we asked them why it is not cleaned, he said "I" have to get down on my knees to clean it. The machine wont clean it. With him 18 years of experience he should have mentioned what all he can clean and cannot, but anyways we learned it hard way and honestly didn't wanted to argue with him. After they did cleaning, I have called 2 other professional carpet cleaner and asked if they can get the corners clean and everyone said YES (this is the part of the service) they will themselves scrub it off. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM

When I called, he responded immediately and gave me a fair quote for his services. There was a little blip in communication (because Yelp forwards the calls, so I didn't have the correct number), but AJ was VERY kind in his response to what was out of either of our control. We set a time same day and he was there on-time. He immediately assessed everything on the spot and set a plan to get to work. If I can say anything, he was too hard on himself: because the carpet was badly damaged and there were a few spots he was unable to get up. All in all, everything was refreshed. It smells MUCH better than what I was left with from a bad seller. If I could do anything else, I would simply hire AJ from the start. Great business, great personality. 10/10 would recommend.
