Nothing worse for a small plant than Niagara Falls from two stories up each time we get a heavy rain. Ashley sent me a quote fairly quickly and let me know that they were booked out about six to eight weeks. No rush on my end, so all was good. She sent me an update later saying that they had an opening in two weeks, and asked if I wanted it. #alwaystaketheopening. Rob showed up today an hour early, which is a good thing, and we chatted about the previous work he did on my house three years ago, and what was needed this time around. As always, he was friendly and professional, and gave some tips on the best way to mount the gutter. He had it completed within the hour, and it looks amazing. Just as good as the gutters that he installed on the front of the house three years ago. If you need gutters installed, this is the only business that you should be looking at. Once they gave the quote and I accepted, the wait for them to come do the work was a few weeks. I needed gutters on the back of my house badly because the water collects at one point and pours in front of my back door making water come in the home if there's a big rain. Once the day came for them to come out and do the work, they were on time and super friendly! Most importantly, the work was professional. I didn't expect them to do some of the work they did. They really know what they're doing and how rainwater collects. We didn't even have to tell them half of the issues we faced. He already knew and corrected it. I was so excited for it to rain again. Since then, we've had several hard rains and no issues. If there were more than 5 stars, this company would get it. Thank you so much!

I contacted the owner, who initially said he would follow up, but after several days I had to reach out again. The company ultimately refused to reimburse the replacement cost, arguing that protective tape had been removed from the lock. However, their crew had instructed us to use the front door during the job, so I don't believe it was reasonable to expect the protection to remain in place without warning or without reapplying it. I wasn't looking for anything beyond the cost of replacing the damaged lock. Unfortunately, the company chose not to stand behind the situation.
