I have been having my Porsche, Mecedes GLA and Mercedes GLC 300 inspected here for the last 4 years. My wife's GLA expired and I called to get an appointment. They could not see me for a week. I drove over and talked to Trey Kight, at service desk. I ask him if he could call me if he had a cancellation. He said,"Do you have the car with you?" I hope this review could be positive but after the experience I've encountered with this dealership I feel I must warn people to stay away from the sales and service department. I've had several repairs done to my 2017 Silverado which have been not repaired correctly or charged for repairs which weren't needed in the first place. I had a front and rear diff service completed and less than an hour from picking my truck up the rear diff was leaking. I was advised by a manger that it was residual oil, only for him to change his tune and apologies that the rear diff was leaking and had to be re-sealed again. Mind you they had the truck for over 7 hours on a Friday and then I had to come back the next day for it to be fixed. I then came back for a standard oil change which went fine, and I was told I need my front brakes replaced soon. I had my front pads and rotors replaced; both lower control arms and my left front wheel bearing. I asked for my old parts back only to find my front pads to be close to 55% worn. I brought this up to manager Rio once again about feeling deceived on needing a brake repair that wasn't warranted. These repairs were completed back in Oct of 2025 Since then I've brought my truck back several times for a clunk noise that wasn't present after the front lower control arms were replaced. I was lied to several times that the repair was fixed only to drive the truck literally out of the parking lot to have it make the same clunk noise. In Jan the dealership had my truck for one day less then a month. When I came to pick my truck up I found the windshield had a huge crack through the entire windshield. I vented my frustration only to be told by another manager James Bridge that I was a liar and that the damage was present when I dropped off my truck. I told him to please check the cameras, he then stated they don't have any. He then proceeded to give me a walk around paper stating the damage was there...but guess what where my signature it wasn't there and it wasn't a drop off because they gave me a loaner.... I can only assume the dealership was attempting to pull another fast one. I ended up speaking with the GM who told me they were going to take care of the windshield. I then brought my truck my again for the windshield and suspension clunk noise for its 5th (repair/fix) while I was there other customer was venting how she bought a certified used car which was more like a lemon rattled with issues for being a certified used car that she had owned it for less than 2 weeks. During my visits I never once used fowl language or yelled. I did vent my concerns and frustrations to the service department as one would with these concerns Only to have the manager James Bridge very sternly and angerly tell me once the windshield was replaced I was no longer welcome to the dealership and they were not going to look into my cluck issue since there isn't a safety concern with it, even after James even helped my advisor write up the concern, the adviser was completely apologetic at the way he handled the situation and had no clue where that came from. If you take your vehicle here be prepared to be gas lit about repairs that are not needed, damage to your vehicle that wasn't there and if you vent your frustration you'll be asked not to come back. If you need an oil change and a tire rotation sure but for major issues stay away. read more

I was connected to Loyalty Chevrolet through the Kelley Blue Book page to sell my 2021 F-150 Platinum back in June in the "Instant Cash Offer" section. They were interested and told me that they would pay over the KBB offer price ($43K), ok sure. I explained to them that I didn't actually need to sell until late July (moving to Hawaii, don't need the F-150 there), no problem they said, we agreed on a date, and would appraise in July. Today was the agreed day, I had added a couple thousand miles in that time, and markets change etc... so I ran the cash value again on KBB, the instant cash offer price dropped to 40K, no worries. Truck is in very good condition, very minor rub marks and two small but repaired chips in the windshield (all of this reported and accounted for in the LBB and Loyalty Chevrolet deal. When I arrived the manager who was assigned to help with the process offered 37K, considerably lower than the KBB instant cash offer agreement. I let him know that was far lower than the verbal offer of over the KBB instant cash offer price. He shrugged his shoulders and said that was the highest they would go and come back if I changed my mind. Went home and ran the KBB instant cash offer deal again (ironically Loyalty Chevrolet was at the top of the list again). I was contacted by Suttle Cadillac in Newport News, so I went to them. They offered me 41K, sold! Anyways, Loyalty knew I was moving to Hawaii and it was the day before I was to fly out, they lowballed me thinking I'd be desperate to sell. I have a great history with this dealer. I bought a new Corvette at Hendrick yet. I had all the service done at loyalty even though I had free oil changes at Hendrick. I sold the Corvette and got an SUV Mercedes and I've even been having them do inspection on the Mercedes. My wife's Acura had major damage and their body shop repaired that flawlessly, I now have a Porsche and did not want to drive to the Porsche in Virginia Beach so loyalty did the inspection for me very timely. Rathe kacj if diagnosis they want to replace a 1300 dollar part yet never ran car never did a pressure test just want to replace a 1300 dollar part that they cannot prove issue. I had another mechanic look at my car he put dye in cooling system and fiund leak in 10 min. It was a 40 dollar part. In october i was told water pump was leaking and i feel that was a lie as its been leaking since with various issues. I made an appointment online and for some reason it was in a different location in there system. I wanted the maintenance package which includes oil change, tire rotation and minor issues. I only got the oil change. My service supervisor Dustin was honest with me by not charging for the maintenance package because I needed new tires. I believe the oil change price was a little high for not having additional minor fixes. I may not bring my car back to them because of the price. The reason I give them 4 stars because of the location, and the constant communication that I received. Plus they were up first with me from the start. Sales, Front of the house management pretty good. Now... the service department Hyenas will nip and tear little by little at your rotting corpes. Having your car under warranty means you'll pay numerous visits to the service department throughout the life of your car as expected but... here shady things are swirling around the garage. I've seen these vultures strong arm old ladies and others into replacing things that don't need to be replaced a dozen times not to mention myself. My wife almost got railroaded today, luckily she called me first before she dropped a small fortune on all four tires that are high quality tires less then 4months old. I'm really getting frustrated with all these review sites defaulting to one star. I want to give this place zero stars! This place appears to be an amalgamation of all the "car dealership" stereotypes. In my experience, they will take you for every dollar and aren't willing to negotiate on their end AT ALL! Didn't matter that the dealership down the road has the same car with no ridiculous $3k "market adjustment." Didn't matter that other dealership will give you more money for your trade IN WRITING. Didn't matter that we're a large family with small children and are simply trying to negotiate the best deal. Heads up and CAUTION should be used when dealing with sales at this dealership. They have "built in" and "addendums" to sticker price as well as "local options" which are not options at all. My final deal was with the actual manager and the salesperson, and the manager attempted to bully and intimidate my wife and I into a sale, which was unreasonable. They threw away a sale of a NEW 2022 vehicle along with a future purchase of another NEW 2022 vehicle - for $795. We walked out - horrible experience and extremely negative interaction, for no legitimate purpose. Personification of bad business and sales tactics. No excuse. FYI - I immediately went to the second option dealership and closed the deal - that day, exactly as outlined above, minus the $795/ no problem and they were mortified of the story I told regarding my experience at LOYALTY Chevrolet in Williamsburg. read more

Dishonest. To be fair, the customer service reps were great - friendly and efficient. The mechanics were not. I brought the car in for a recalled part, and they told me they would charge me $145 if the problem wasn't the recall. That was pretty terrible. Then, they "found" a $400 leak. This review is for the collision center only. Earlier this month I took my damaged vehicle to this establishment. The gentleman behind the desk took a few pictures and within ten minutes had a quote and an appointment, as well as an estimated repair time. He said it could take up to two days. Imagine my delight when I picked up my car after only one day and found that the body shop had fixed a few scratches and unsightly scars that didn't even have anything to do with the collision that had brought me there in the first place. What inspired me to write this review was the honesty of this establishment. (Again, this is only for the collision center.) I received a phone call saying that my insurance company had paid them the $500 deductible and that Holiday Chevrolet would refund the $500 I had paid the day I picked my car up. I appreciated how they said it would take up to three days, because it certainly did. The one thing I think could definitely be improved would be an e-mail or SMS confirmation system rather than an oral notification of when the appointment was. The first time either they misspoke or I must have heard wrong, as I ended up coming two days early. Anyway, the transparency and relative ease with which my repairs were handled left me with a very good impression of this place. read more

So I have had 2 negative experiences with Rob in customer service at holiday. I booked an appointment online for the 50$ oil change and tire rotation. I was given the bill for 65$!! I told Rob that I'm paying 50$ because that is the price posted online, he was rude and argumentative and lied straight to my face. Buyer beware! Spoke with a lady named Lane and agreed to sell me a Cadillac Escalade for $5,995 over MSRP and I would buy two loyalty packages for an additional $1,690. After we agreed on everything she put me in touch with the manager "Danny" who would send me the quote to sign. The first one he sent was $7,500 higher than we agreed on and when I called back he apologized saying he had a crazy day and he would immediately resend, he did indeed resend but this time with another price that was still $4,000 higher than we agreed. I got a hold of Lane and she said "we have people coming to see the car tomorrow and they agreed to pay more" This is the ultimate bait and switch! After I told her I do not do business this way and I am no longer interested we hung up, about 30 minutes later I received an apology text message saying she made a mistake and they want to sell me the Cadillac. I Reluctantly agreed and went ahead and sent my ID and filled out the credit application. She said they would be in touch first thing in the morning to get the paperwork done. Here we are late in the day and both her and the manager will not return my calls and text and I just found out the vehicle had been sold. This dealership is a horrible representation of the Cadillac brand and I will make sure Corporate is made aware. I have all supporting emails and texts to all my claims and would love them to challenge anything thing I said. Just picked up my 'daily-driver' m45 Infiniti for hood repair and grill chip repairs Not covered by my insurance. Durwood and Betty gave me a fair 'out-of-pocket' price. The Excellent repair was Perfect and done quickly. In Addition, when car was finished it was washed and cleaned when picked up. Wow!!! Try to make me pay $1500 more than I actually needed to in order to get state inspection

I recently had two experiences with Holiday Chevrolet Cadillac. I was rear-ended on I-95 and I needed about $3K of work done to my car. The body shop was very polite and I received excellent customer service from Dan and Betty, who handled the administration portion of my account from the beginning. They were polite and friendly, and they tried their best to keep me in the loop with the numerous delays of more than two weeks total I experienced in getting my car back. There were incorrect parts sent at one point. There were parts not received at one point. There were parts not sent to the right place at one point which they had to send someone to retrieve. Excellent customer service, yet very frustrating at the same time. I can certainly understand the hiccups, particularly around the holidays, and I'm a patient individual. It certainly seemed to me that Dan and Betty worked to get me my vehicle as quickly as they could. One thing that was missed in the work is that I was told they'd complete my state inspection while it was in their care. They forgot to do that, but I arranged to bring my car back after the Thanksgiving holiday. To be clear, this portion of my review has NOTHING to do with Dan, Betty, or, as I understand it, their department. I left my vehicle with Holiday and I went to get some lunch. On my way back, I got a call from Holiday and they said that my windshield wipers (allegedly torn) and the light above my license plate (allegedly burnt out) failed the inspection, and that it would cost me just shy of $70 to fix them so that I could pass. I've never had any problems with my wipers or the light, so I asked them if they'd show me when I returned. Will, the individual who inspected my vehicle, brought it around and started to walk the paperwork inside. I caught him on the way in and asked him if he'd show me the problem. He turned on the lights on my car and the light over my license plate worked just fine. He said it may just be that it hit a bump and knocked it loose, so he started banging on my license plate and my bumper with his fist, and the light didn't even flicker. He said, "Welp, this makes me look bad. I'm sorry. This really makes me look bad." I told him, "No worries," and I left. On the way home, I tried my wiper blades and they seemed to be in demonstrably worse condition than the last time I used them. I can't prove that they attempted to scam me out of $70, and I'm not going to try. But I promise you I won't be going back there for anything. They've lost my trust, and they won't regain it. read more

I have had two very negative experiences with the service department! I took my vehicle in for an oil change and they never did complete the oil change during my original appointment, all they did was change the oil and not refill any fluids (making me think there 27 point inspection is neglected). Giving them a second chance I took my vehicle back for an oil change and tire rotation, I had a ten o'clock appointment with them and it wasn't touched until almost two in the afternoon. After it was done they let me know my rear brakes needed to be changed etc...... I took it upon myself to change my brakes the very next day, looking at the rims I noticed the brake dust was never disturbed on the rear, (I think they never did the tire rotation) so I looked at the front and noticed a HUGE chunk ripped away from my tire and my rim was badly damaged. I am not saying holiday service department did the damage to my tire, but if anyone would have seen that during a tire rotation it would have been brought to my attention. The fact that it wasn't brought up is my issue, that is a huge safety issue, and they pride themselves in a 27 point safety inspection. My family travels a lot, I was getting the oil changed and the tires rotated in anticipation to a long road trip. If I would not have changed my brakes I would have never seen the damage to my tire, and who knows what would have happened to the safety of my family if that tire would have blown during our trip. I brought this up to the manager and she didn't even try and reconcile the situation, she just said well I guess you won't be coming back. read more

Holiday Chevrolet is the best car dealership I've ever been to have my car serviced. They were very helpful and efficient. I went in to have my car fixed and originally it was estimated to take two days. After dropping it off they shuttled me to work and that same day, Rich one of their mechanics called and said he had finished up early. He did an amazing job and went above and beyond. I've never had better service than I had from Holiday Chevy and the entire staff is amazing! Disrespect from the General Manager Justin Hoffman. He calls me and states an extra key cannot be provided. I respond this is unsat by every level. Mr. Hoffman then states, well we gave you a deal on the vehicle. He said this before to me the day I purchased the vehicle when I mentioned the scratches on the bumper. He stated then that he will not be able to take care of that because I got a deal. I mentioned to him that he is being very disrespectful. He apologized and continued to not resolve the key issue. I mentioned to him that someone at his dealership, either the finance manager or the sale representative stated it was up in Richmond in someone's desk. Again, weather I paid $16,400 or $10 continuing to state I got a deal for the car is not a get out a "reason" to provide the best possible service. Now, if I provided this service to one of my Sailor's in the U.S. Navy I would not have a job. The service adviser staff were friendly and the drop off went very quickly. The waiting area was quite warm and therefore a little uncomfortable. The oil change and rotation were performed reasonably quickly. I was disappointed that the tire pressures were not checked and adjusted, the 27 point inspection was not provided to me (although checked off as done) and the TPMS are on the wrong wheels now. Not worth driving back there for this stuff, but definitely a big miss when the service was limited to these things. read more

I have purchased two rocky ridge trucks from here and both times pleased with the deal and the truck. I have also used the body shop twice for repairs from accidents and Dan was wonderful to work with on both. They also sold the a Tahoe I had purchased from another dealer and felt they gave me a fair price on that. I have a camaro I purchased from another dealer and when a local tire shop tried to scam me on that car the service department took care of everything for me.
