The best - and most reliable - of the local lawyers. The reception staff are generally helpful but not very friendly. However the lawyers seem quite good. Lows also do a lot of property sales - they are very organised with this part of the business and should be the first stop for anyone looking for property in Orkney, as they are the only local estate agent who operate a list where they will email out a note of all new properties each week, or post you details of properties that match your requirements. Other local estate agents will tell you they will do this - but in my experience Lows are the only ones who actually do it - they're very reliable. read more
