Admittedly, it has been awhile since I have gotten an acrylic full set. But when did the prices get to be so much?! My full set, acrylic, was $67 and I remember paying for the same service and quality in NYC for $35/40. The nails look beautiful but acrylic has a tendency to get cracked or loose from the glue relaxing. The lack of star was not because of the price; inflation. But, my person's station was dirty compared to her neighbors. I also saw disinfectant at ever other station but nothing in them and wondered what they were for. Her brush dropped while she was doing my nails and she just picked it up and wiped it off. smh read more

This is the third time my sister and I have visited the salon. the first two times were great! We didn't even mind collectively spending $350+ for pedicures, dip nails and gratuities. But for some reason this visit was a nightmare and we will not be going back! Nails were very unevened she redid my three times I set chair for more than 2 hours on the Nails station, my sister didn't even make it to a nail chair she was pulled across her own lap in pedicure chair to get her nails done very uncomfortable as she suffers from fibromyalgia (they weren't that busy) . I sat in the nail chair for so long finally I said it's fine! and they were still this bad when I got home! One hand looks like it belongs on another body. totally different. uneven in thickness and color and I twice screamed out loud because of getting cut by the nail file ( and that wasn't even the motorized file) . supposed to be an ombre dip which well I guess a couple of them do look ombre. Sorta. Hers are not even attached to the natural nail as you can see in the picture. And also uneven and not filled to the cuticle which were not even pushed back to begin with on either mine or her nails. Which left neither of our nails fully covered. Salon is not recommended there are too many other salons I'm sure one of them has to do a better job than this!! read more

I came into this nail spa to get a pedicure. I have been here many times before, but this time was disappointing. Lady who did my pedicure kept turning her eyes away from my toes to chat with her coworker when she was cutting my cuticles. She ended up cutting my skin on my toe, with the cuticle cutter. She apologized, but this could have been prevented if she was paying attention to the sharp tool and my toes. read more

Ridiculous - no real effort spent on pedicure and could not have shown less interest in the job. In and done in 14 mins. Took 5 mins (almost equal to 30% of what the service took) to pay the bill. There has to be a better spot. Total factory atmosphere and although mostly polite borders still, close to unfriendly. I watched others get better treatment, offered water etc. but that was not my experience. First star because I don't think you do zero. Second star as they welcome walk-ins but then it's still not worth it. So forget it, one star. Read they're under new management so perhaps the current issue. read more

I've been searching for a new nail salon since my favorite one moved to the other side of town. When I made my appointment at Lowry Nail Spa, the technician was friendly and I was impressed by the appearance of the salon. The three stars is for that part of the experience. But the appointment was a let down, I'm sorry to say. I took along my son, as a treat for him. But his pedicure lasted only ten minutes! Mine was under 20 minutes. Maybe I just have really well-manicured feet already! The service itself was unfriendly, bordering on rude. Lowry Nail Spa are on the high end in terms of cost. They need to improve their services at those prices. The search continues! read more

I stopped by here when I couldn't get an appointment at my usual place and after another salon failed to honor the appointment I had made. I walked in and maybe waited 5 minutes before I was already seated and they began on my pedicure. It was so relaxing and after about 10 minutes, the owner came over and she began on my hands. Love the massage chairs! I needed a little extra TLC while getting a pedicure. It's worth it to splurge and upgrade your pedicure as well. I got a paraffin foot wrap and a little extra massage. The salon is big and clean, plenty of social distancing going on and masks are required. There's also plastic partitions between customers and nail techs. Gel manicure + regular (upgraded) pedicure came out to $77, plus tip. read more

Absolutely, hands down, the best nail salon in Denver. Bright, super friendly staff and extremely clean! The selection of colors and options is unmatched anywhere else around town. It was my first time here and it was such an amazing experience! I didn't have an appointment, and walked in on a Monday afternoon. I could tell they were busy, but was seated within 10 minutes. When I walked in, a lady instructed me to wash my hands and choose my nail color while waiting. Holly did my nails and she did a really nice job, cleaning up all of my cuticles, and painting closely and precisely to the cuticles. She also made sure I liked the results of each step before moving onto the next e.g. cutting the nails, cutting the cuticles, filing, etc. I did 1 coat of OPI Funny Bunny and 2 coats of OPI Bubble Bath and it was the perfect combination for a light pink color. Bang up job on my toes (still intact a week and a half later) and started cleaning the cuticles on my hands towards the end of my pedi to expedite the process once I sat down for my gel mani...I like good ol' fashioned efficiency.
