Returned it to Harbor Freight 3 days later unused, exactly like I had purchased it,and had my original receipt. Employees refused to take it back unless I showed them my drivers license, I had ridden with my wife and didn't have my license on me at the moment. Spoke with the manager, same story no refund with out my drivers license, even though I had the original receipt in my hand. By this time I'm livid, asked why you need to see my license when I have the original purchase receipt in my hand. Told the manager I didn't have to show my license when I bought it...Her reply was "sorry company policy". At that time I handed her the hitch receiver, and informed her that over the past several years I had spent several hundreds if not thousands of dollars with Harbor Freight, and to enjoy the 23 dollars that I had paid for the receiver, because it would be the last penny I would ever spend in a Harbor Freight store. The only reason I'm giving them 1 star on their rating is because I don't know how to give them a negative star rating.

Home Depot gets an F for using FedEx! FedEx advised me to join their premier group to get all of the information I asked for. For free they don't know, BUT, pay us to be in our premium club and we will tell you where your mower is. FedEx is BAD!

I wanted to share my recent experience with Woodcraft because it's been frustrating and…read moredisappointing. On March 21, I placed an order for a 19-38 Drum Sander and Infeed/Outfeed Tables. Woodcraft charged me $165 in shipping, and I was told everything would arrive in 7-14 business days. A few days later, I learned the sander was backordered for at least a couple of weeks--yet they'd already charged me the full shipping cost. Then, not long after, Woodcraft sent out a promotional email advertising free shipping on the exact item. My main item still hadn't shipped, but there was no offer to adjust or refund my shipping charges. I contacted Woodcraft's Customer Service, hoping they'd make this right. Unfortunately, I haven't received a satisfactory response or a refund on the shipping fee. It feels like they're charging me for something that could've qualified for free shipping if I had placed my order just a bit later--or if they had been upfront about upcoming promotions. I'm posting this so others can learn from my experience. If you plan on placing an order with Woodcraft, consider asking about upcoming promotions or clarifying shipping policies ahead of time. I really hope Woodcraft addresses this and improves how they handle backorders and promotions in the future.

Clean layout, crisp product photos, a history of the woods' origins, information on how it performs as you work with it, and plenty of ways to contact the company if you need any type of assistance at all. I was lucky too in receiving free shipping for my order since items I ordered could be prohibitively expensive to ship otherwise (for my budget). Best, it processed, shipped, and arrived in *two days*. My giftee shared a photo of what he received. Every piece is beautifully turned out and ready for his time and talents.
