A regional manager was supposed to contact me but I have never heard from him. So right now I have a 4 pound paperweight that is useless. I would most certainly recommend NOT buying any power tools there as they must be cheaply made. as the saying goes "you get what you pay for"

And was to be "shipped to store". The item NEVER ARRIVED and no one was of any assistance to me. The store could not locate it and because it was ordered ONLINE, they have no record of it. I called customer service and they just BALD FACE LIED and said the order had been canceled and that the money was never collected, although I have a BLACK AND WHITE CREDIT CARD STATEMENT THAT SHOWS OTHERWISE!! I even called the CC company, and YES, THE PAYMENT DID CLEAR and someone, NOT ME, has my money, and I still don't have the item I ordered! So the only thing anyone can say to me, although I HAVE THE PROOF THAT THEY HAVE THE MONEY, is to say, "oh, we are sorry" and "contact your cc company to dispute the charges". Really? So I have to go through all of this paperwork and phone calls when someone on THEIR end obviously dropped the ball!!! I have the order number, I have the email, I have the cc receipt, and instead of them simply sending out my item ($26.48) or making it right on my cc by refunding the money, they are making ME go through all of the hoops. What I ordered was also at Wal-Mart in Maysville. It was on sale $10 cheaper at Ace. So I made the BAD MISTAKE of trying to save the $10. I won't make that mistake again!!
