Bought a Samsung refrigerator at the store that was gotten from our back. They were so nice to help load in my truck. When I got it home I unloaded and put it in the garage two days later I opened the box because I was busy and working when I opened it I noticed there was damaged under the refrigerator now remember this was new completely wrapped fully styrofoam all the way around with no damage whatsoever on the packaging I called the store let them know what was going on that I had damage they told me to call Samsung I called Samsung and they said it was the stores responsibility I then went back to the store with the refrigerator and talked to two different managers and they both refused to even walk outside to my truck and look at the refrigerator they said it's not their responsibility so I called Samsung again and they said it's on the store and to have the store take care of it and they would make it right went back to the store and for the third time and they still refused to look at the refrigerator so I filed the claim with my credit card company went through the whole process submitted all my documentation submitted pictures credit card company said well it looks good on my part and then Lowe's lied and said they gave me a return policy slip when I bought it. So I have a refrigerator that I cannot use I paid a lot of money for in Lowe's customer service does not exist I'm giving them the lowest review possible. I have given Lowe's numerous chances to make this right and all I get is a cold shoulder and nobody even wants to look at my damage refrigerator read more

Addendum: our over the range GE microwave died less than 45 days after installation. I called GE but there is no technician for North country so they will send a form to be filled out and a refund check will be issued. I have to buy another GE microwave however and am getting buyers remorse- GE use to make quality products- hope my lemon was an exception. read more

today is mothers day. I signed up for a free Mother's Day free flower of which I do every year. it was a 2/3" pot of petunias. I went to the customer service fest and experienced the worst service i have ever received. it's not the first time. they were rude, sarcastic and treated me horrible. I left there so upset I had to calm down before I could drive. on woman said sarcastically, "have a happy mothers day." i truly am in shock! I demand their termination! never would I want to see anyone lose their job but because this has always been the case when ever I went to the customer service department. I will never step foot on Lowe's again. my go to store is now Home Depot. I do plan to write an editorial in our local new paper boycotting Lowe's in Littleton NH read more

Difficult for me to imagine rating a big box store, but here goes. Went to Littleton NH Lowe's on Friday afternoon Jan 8. Our ski house refrigerator was dying and needed a specific size to fit. I gave the salesman the dimensions and he left to search. After 5 minutes he returned and told me that if I would give him my cell, he would find one for me. 3 hours later. I was called with a terrific recommendation, right size, good model, and it was delivered a week later. Only $30 to take away my old unit and free delivery for the new one. In and out in 30 minutes. My washing machine died. I had a repair man out to fix it. Come to find out the fix was going to be almost the same price as a new washer. There is a Lowe's and a Home Depot side by side in Littleton NH. I came to town from the Lisbon NH side so I went into the first store I arrived at which was Lowe's. I entered the store and went straight back to the appliance department. I really wanted a front load washer and saw several were specially priced due to small scratches etc. I had several questions and saw a couple male employees working with the appliances. I asked if they could help me out. They told me they didn't know anything about the washers that I should find Mikalya. They then pointed to the left hand side of the store. I walked around the appliance section approximately 10 times expanding my area I covered with each pass. Finally I saw a young lady hanging signs in the refrigerator section. I asked her if she could help me as I had some questions about the washers. She told me she didn't know anything about them that I'd have to speak to Mikalya. I asked if she knew where Mikalya was. She pointed to the other side of the store and said over there. I'm more than a little angry now as my lunch hour is almost over. I continued to roam appliances looking for Mikalya. As I rounded a corner I saw two women in Lowe's uniforms sitting at a desk. One was leaning back in her chair with her hands behind her head, the other was playing on her phone. I asked if either one of them could help me in appliances as I couldn't find the appliance employee. Without looking at me the girl on the phone said" oh you need to find Mikalya she is the appliance girl." She pointed back the way I came. The lady relaxing in the chair never acknowledged my presence. I walked back to appliances and decided that since Lowe's employees didn't want to help me I'd take my money over to Home Depot. Congratulations Lowe's I spent almost $1,000 there. I gave Lowe's two stars because every one in a while I'll run in and grab something that I don't need help with and it's fine. Went into the Lowes in Littleton, NH with a large project and purchase. I had many pages of desired items and the staff accommodated the amount of items needed. The staff went out of their way to help with the purchase. Helped with shopping and bundling the materials and they even loaded it onto my trailer. Could not have been happier with the service I received. I had planned on the trip taking 5-6 hours. With their help I was out of there in 3 hours. THANK YOU!! read more

Poorly managed store. Its great for little odds and end shopping, ( everything is usually in stock and organized well). However, ORDERING. Go elsewhere. I can not adequately explain how poorly run the flooring dept at Lowes in Littleton is. 5 visits, 6 phone calls and I finally have my carpet. Came to pick up flooring that I was told was ready for pickup, waited over an hour after being assisted. Was finally told the guy that was helping me went to lunch and would be at lunch for an hour. My installer came to pick up the carpet next day - and it took 2 hours to get the carpet, which again we were told would be ready for pickup. In hours - I'd say I've spent about 8-10 hours either at Lowes or on the phone. At one time I got so upset I requested a full refund, in which they couldn't figure out how to refund it. I have patience, however- they pushed me past it. Steer clear and order flooring elsewhere. ( I'd have to add.. the same for ordering in other depts). read more

I went into Lowe's on September 21st and spent over $6000 on a new kitchenette. I was there for four hours working with Sylvie, Andrea, and Mikayla. I felt really good leaving there and almost wrote a five star review. Fast forward a two months, we had our oven delivered with a huge dent in it and they forgot to deliver our cabinet. A month later the installer came and told us that the over the range microwave we bought won't fit above the oven. We I called to talk to Nick the manager, his attitude was along the lines of too bad, you shouldn't have bought the microwave. I explained that I had sat down with Sylvie for four hours and drew up a plan. He told me multiple times that he would get back to me and find a resolution. Never once did he call me back. The installer hasn't contacted us about finishing the job. So it is now December 3rd and there is no resolution, the job is 1/4 of the way finished and Nick the manager has yet to call us back. We returned the dented oven and they told us that a new one is backordered until January. I contacted Home Depot, purchased the same oven, and it was delivered and installed in four days, this happened on Black Friday, no issues with the holiday etc. If you've made it to the bottom of this review, my takeaway is avoid Littleton Lowe's and head over to Home Depot. read more

This particular Lowes is great. Almost everything we needed was in stock. I wanted a particular lighting set but couldn't find it (other than the display). So I asked an associate for help. She was so helpful and friendly. Then I found something I liked even better. It was also the display model so I had to find an associate again to help me out. This associate was equally as friendly and helpful. Check out was easy and the clerk was great. North Country hospitality at its finest. read more

We purchased a washing machine at Lowe's last night. When we opened up the box, we found it was damaged! We called Lowe's, and they told us to come down for an immediate exchange. When we go there, a lady named Laura told us if we wanted the exact same washer, we could get that. If we wanted a different one, that wouldn't be problem. We had been debating between two the night before, so we decided on the other one if it was available. It was! Matt, the salesman we'd had the previous night, once again was very helpful! He was busy, so got another salesman, Matt, to help us. Matt not only helped us out, he also gave us the more expensive washing machine for the price of the broken one!! Everyone we came in contact with was extremely helpful. This could have been a terrible experience, but it turned out to be one of the best we've had buying a new appliance.
