I had the worst customer experience I've ever encountered with Lowe's Home Improvement while purchasing and installing cabinets, and I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for this type of project. What started as a straightforward cabinet purchase quickly turned into a frustrating, drawn-out process. Communication was inconsistent from the beginning--calls weren't returned, timelines kept changing, and I often had to follow up repeatedly just to get basic updates. The biggest issue has been the condition and quality of the cabinets themselves. Several arrived with clear defects--warping, finish inconsistencies, and visible damage--but getting these problems acknowledged has been incredibly difficult. Instead of offering to properly replace the defective solid wood cabinets with equivalent quality, the proposed "solution" was to swap them out for much lower-grade particle board replacements. This is completely unacceptable given the original purchase and feels like a significant downgrade rather than a resolution. To make matters worse, resolving the issues has been incredibly difficult. Getting anyone to take responsibility has been a challenge, and scheduling corrections has taken far longer than it should. What should have been an exciting home upgrade turned into a stressful and time-consuming ordeal. Overall, this was the worst customer experience I've ever had. Went in looking for a replacement 13mm nut for a project and couldn't find them, despite the website listing they had them. The location it gave was all for standard, not metric and didn't go above 12. Requested assistance twice and waited for 20 minutes as the system kept calling out for assistance to the area but nobody came. Eventually decided that, even though it was more than I needed, I'd just put in an order on amazon. read more

If I didn't have to give a star I wouldn't, I went to get a replacement storm door , I went and got it the price $179.00 went up rang it up myself you know they don't have any cashiers. It rang up $309 I told the lady Watching me that's wrong it should be $179, she said maybe that was a sale price I said it's literally the price can you check ........... no you'll have to take it back if you don't want to pay that.......ok can I get help ? yes I'll have someone come back there, 20 minutes later I'm loading up another door by myself, i get it to the checkout and it rings up right I I scan everything else while the lady and another employee are just up taking and not helping at all, we pay my wife walks out and she says those didn't ring up I said then why didn't you tell me while I was doing it? She said you need to go get your wife so I can see what she has, I said you literally stood there and watched me the whole time, I went and go my wife and she goes oh sorry I thought I saw something in your cart that didn't scan!!!! You can't get any help from Lowe's so we will be doing a balance transfer and I will start shopping at Home Depot , never go to Lebanon Lowe's if you need help read more

I have shopped at this Lowes for several years. Today I needed 10 bags of Quikret and asked if they would put it on a pallet and load it in my truck. I have done this before without issue, but today I'm told they would charge me $25-$30 for the pallet??? This would be a pallet they have to dispose of after they emptied it anyway. I told them to forget it and left. I guess Menards will start getting even more of my business going forward. read more

Ordered a flood light and install 3 weeks ago, lowes electrician rescheduled two times. Didn't even have the guts to call. Just sent me an auto email. Locked my card and used Home Depot who got the job done asap. I have never had a good experience with Lowes. Their appliances are always banged up, their prices are higher, and their installers work there for a reason, no real contractor would hire them. I recommend a hard pass for any installation from Lowes. read more

I took my 91 year old Auntie into Lowe's to buy a riding lawn mower the only redheaded craftsman they had and it was the floor model. It took for ever to get help and when we got help from Evan then Casey. They were both extremely rude yes and talking down to us we asked if there would be a discount on the floor model since it was covered with foot prints and had obviously been climbed on for the season. They refused to give any discount and we're very rude. Unbelievable last time we'll be shopping there. We asked to speak to the store manager and were told by another snotty employee Bre that he was not available. They told us they couldn't give us information on the district manager or anything like that. Please note all of them had their masks on under their chin. Shame on you Lowe's!!! My aunt has lived in this neighborhood in this town all her life and this is how she was treated!! read more

After over 50 years of real trees at Christmas you have broken me.It is harder every year to find live trees for sale but we never worried with Lowes close by.After purchasing our tree from there the last few years we HAD noticed that the trees didnt seem to be nearly as fresh as one would have liked - still Christmas trees are always temporary things.We convinced ourselves that we had the the wrong type or had located it in the wrong spot....the last two years it has been just awful how quickly our beautiful tree became dry and brittle. This year we were prepared. Got our tree the day they were unloaded at the store.Put it in water as soon as we got it home and kept it cool til about 10 days ago when we put it up.We noticed IMMEDIATELY the faint sound of needles falling like rain.By the time we got up the third day there were piles of them 3-4 inches deep under the tree where I had cleaned the night before.This is our only Christmas with only unbreakable ornaments ,the tree is barely holding up the garland.Its too late for me to take down this tree and put up another.We arent even using the lights because theres no way it would be safe.Merry Christmas to you...bet yall dont buy your trees there. read more

I recently brought a hot tube from Lowe's. I was told by a manger that they would put the hot tub in my sun room, lies a single person with a18 wheeler showed up and put it twenty feet from where needed it. I will never buy anything of this type nature from Lowe's again. If we had a Merards here in town ,I would take my business to them! Extremely disappointed in our treatment after making a significant online purchase. New dryer was dead on arrival. No power whatsoever. Call the store and I am told I will receive a call "for sure" that day or the next. Wait three days and call myself. Get told "we called and left you a message that the Springfield Store delivered it so you have to deal with them". Call that store and they know NOTHING about my situation. Needless to say they are coming to pick up their faulty product and we will no longer be making these purchases at Lowe's in the future. I have defended Lowe's for a long time but that will now stop. read more
