I am writing to bring to your attention a serious matter regarding a recent delivery of appliances to, a senior citizen residing in Cleveland, MS from store #1527 1886 Dr Martin Luther King Dr., Greenville, MS. Recently In December of 2024 a senior citizen received her appliances, but unfortunately, the delivery process resulted in significant damage to her flooring. She is understandably distressed by this situation and is requesting that Lowe's take responsibility for the repairs needed to restore her floor. The technicians left the water/plumbing attachment unattached. This resulted in significant flooding to her home damaging her flooring. Please see attached picture. As a senior citizen she began soaking up the water with anything she could grab such as beddings and towels. She regretted not taking pictures of the flooding. I did not get good service from this store. I came here to buy a storage shed building. They are on the lumber side of the store. I asked the associates in lumber about info on it and they acted like they didn't want to wait on me. They stated that it was lawn and garden department which is way over on the opposite side of the store. So, I went over there and found someone who didn't know nothing about them or where they were and just walked off. The one I was looking at has a price of $579 which had the wrong price on the shed. I took it upon myself to find the box. I found the box about 30 minutes later if not longer and found out it was on sale for $499. It is the simple truth: when they have mark downs that they should put the new price on the display too. read more

Basic level service at this location. This probably won't be a raving review becaau editing this your my knee was really giving me some problems. We had walked around more than what I am able so I needed to get off and elevate my knee. Surgery on the knee is still healing so I have to sometimes stop and rest. Nothing bad going on here at Lowes. We went in and purchased a few things for the garden. And once it was time to take off, we did just that. Back home to elevate and relax. Unlike the lowes I have visited in the pass as in other states there is no scrap wood and this place so don't go in looking for freebies. The staff was generally helpful and full of southern hospitality. read more

Customer service at this location is the worst! My online major appliance order was messed up everyway possible. When the order finally arrived at the store, delivery was scheduled in separate installations, and no one called me to alert me. After it was screwed up so bad the delivery manager finally called. When I asked for the store manager, I was told by several employees, "His name is Andrew Bennett, but I have to look in the computer to get his email address" ... Post delivery, the refrigerator alarm keeps going off because the refrigerator door needs adjusting, after 27 minutes, I've been able to get no one by phone who could assist me. Is there anyone assigned and trained to manage the phones. If they answer the phone they usually disconnect you during transfer. And does all of the management go to lunch at noon? Who's supposed to resolve the issues? This poor customer service reflects disregard for my business, poor employee training and inadequate staffing model. If there was any other option in the MS Delta, I would not patronize this business again. Folk in this area deserve better! read more

I placed an order to 3 tool boxes I called to check on them a month later. "oh you already picked them up". Next week "oh the boxes were discontinued." 4 Months later I still haven't got my credit back to me Lowes Card. I called to check. "We already gave to credit sir". Not to mention I was phone jockeyed to 5 different people and disconnected (hung up on) 3 times. Called back a couple of times and I guess the proper way to answer the phone at Lowes is "Lowes" then dump them into the hold music. If you decide to go here you have been warned. My husband and I have been remodeling our new home. We ordered flooring that cost $2500. We asked to get the flooring when we arrived because we received a notification that it was ready. We waited patiently for 3 hours. When they were ready to load the flooring we found out that they shorted us 7 boxes of flooring so we had to wait in the customer service line to get the money back for those. After we got the money back, they ran the forklift into the flooring damaging several cases. We had to wait in the service line once again to get a refund for their mistake, delaying our project for another week. We have spent $8000 in there in the last couple weeks if not more. We asked for the manager and he refused to talk to us. We went back last for a few more items because we were in desperate need, and the only redeeming quality that this store has was an Asian man named James M. that was working in the patio door department. This store has given us more hassle than any other home improvement store that we have been to. The workers are very reluctant to help you and it is just a very unpleasant experience. read more
