I had my pool deck removed and replaced by this company…read morethrough American Pool Company, not only did they destroy my front and back yard with rented equipment, but they also actually had their Bobcat lean into the pool and damage the corner. They broke my sewerage line; they did not lift the mesh after pouring the concrete and they disposed of the old deck concrete around the pool. This being said I now have a cracked pool deck and a pool wall shifting and leaning. This entire 4-month job will need to be redone. Lawsuit pending.

Mind you he is not a plumber just a handyman but charges like a plumber. The tub was still holding water when showering so I called to see if he could come check to see if it needed adjusting. I was not home when he came. He said that it was hair in the drain (asked him to leave me the hair but none found) and so it was a new problem, and he charged me another $120 for 20 minutes. When I called, I told his wife I just thought perhaps what he did March 4 needed adjusting. I would never have called if I knew it would be a new charge and especially for something I could do myself. This guy, as I told him, is not looking for customers, but just for money anyway he can get it.

This company was the most polite, professional, and thorough group to come to our house. They had to take down an old chain-link fence with a gate to complete the job. They repaired the fence to better condition than it was previously. The sod replacement was done so well too. It is beyond my expectations.
