It was our first time to Mexico and my wife's first time out of the country - LaMacchia was very aware of this and made sure every detail (including private transportation to & from the resort) was arranged so that we had a fun, safe & worry-free Honeymoon. Juan A. was very responsive and made great recommendations. I sent Juan several emails late in the afternoon/early evening and I would sometimes be surprised with a reply well after 5PM or very first thing in the morning answering all my questions. It was hard to decide on just one resort, but we were happy with our decision & can't thank Juan enough for the care & attention he provided. I expected her to help with booking airfare, I had to reach out to her to even get that process started and now because it is so late flights are already filling up. When we first started the process I asked if she was going to take care of flights and she said yes and then I never heard from her. It did not remove any stress or hassle with booking a vacation and every interaction felt like I was bothering her. Do not use them. I should have booked directly with Princess. I would have gotten better customer service.
