I happened to be traveling through the area, which in these parts there doesn't happen to be very many places that are open to use the facilities in the wee hours of the night/morning. I was greeted with cheerful staff as soon as I walked in the door even though it was the middle of the night. Fresh vegetables and fruit were being stalked. Fresh coffee and tea was just being made, which was music to my ears. I was needing both of them! The restrooms were very clean with the heat turned up nice and toasty as it was very cold outside! It was quite nice to be able to sit on a warm stool vs. a cold stool! :-) I would highly recommend this Love's and I'm a huge Love's fan! read more

This place is pretty big and clean. We stopped here to fill up and get snacks. They had so many to choose from. Restrooms were clean as well. People who work here are super polite and friendly. read more

How do I love Loves? Let me count the ways. 1. Gas is usually cheaper than other stations 2. Large area around gas pump so you have room when pulling a trailer. 3. Extra long parking areas. There are parking spots near the pumps so you can go in to get snacks or food. 4. Restaurants-they usually have a restaurant inside besides the snacks and food in the Love's convenience store. This one has a Hardee's but others have different restaurants. 5. Clean restrooms. The have a button system to rate the cleanliness. 6. Big store with lots to look at. Lots of snack choices, hats, auto supplies, phone accessories and other things that let me walk around and stretch. I found a phone charger and cord that I can't find from the move. The price was good on these items, too. This is why we look for Love's when we need to fuel up. I recommend this (and most) Love's Travel Stations. read more

So as a truck driver we understand 'peak times' for a shower. It is 345 am and I am the only one in line for a shower... fast forward to 431 and I am still in line for a shower... I called at 415 and whoever answered the phone confirmed all showers are in use but he was going to clean one and it would take 5-10 minutes. I avoid peak times, plan on coming here early during a NON PEAK TIME ONLY TO WAIT AS IF ITS A PEAK TIME! Maybe if you all got paid based on productivity all the showers would be clean and no one would be waiting for all 5 showers to be cleaned before anyone can get 1 shower read more

The nicest people work here. We had our tire fall off in the parking lot requiring us to get a tow truck. We had 3 cats in our car with only 1 carrier and they helped us figure out how to transport them. Brittany gave the most amazing customer service and gave us a ride to a hotel. Kaydence at the fuel desk was extremely rude. I have a company account and it doesn't require a company card but an account number. I told her that and she was very firm saying "YES YOU DO!" They another employee came up and helped her. Then as I was leaving as I was walking out the door (knowing I was a tad frustrated) She said "Thank you" in a tone that was not genuine at all. If I could give negative stars I would. The cashier Tanner was incredibly rude and condescending. He make comments about my weight and the fact that I was buying candy that according to him I "obviously don't need". I remaind nice an courteous despite his comments and when I was leaving I said thank you. He responded with "you're not welcome." Small truck stop with reasonable gas prices and a Hardees fast food restaurant attached. Clean, friendly, easy to get to. Gas is a bit less expensive than other places in the area. read more
