So we have established that the name is awesome and that I am a goober. What else is there to write about? Well, for starters, this station is conveniently located if you are travelling between Dodge City, KS and Colorado Springs CO. It is particularly convenient if you need gas which is why I stopped. In addition to being convenient for gas, it also had clean bathrooms which was a nice touch. The area seemed a little run down, but the station was A-OK.

Not a classy look and it immediately made feel a little unsafe. The cashier was not the friendliest, she was on the phone talking about her food during my whole transaction and she was not wearing a mask. She didn't give me a receipt so I had to go back and ask for one. The women's restroom does not have a lock on it so again, that made me feel unsafe. The bathroom is not safe for COVID, you have to touch everything.
