I finally had to ask my bank to act as an intermediary and they said to return the dress and I would be refunded for both the dress and return shipping. I returned the dress and never received either refund. In addition, their communications were incredibly unfriendly and downright nasty. Shop elsewhere is my advice. There are lots of great little boutiques and shops all over Paris (and Europe).
