It was a wonderful experience. I had two I wanted to try, one with truffle and another with yellow tomato and speck, so I got half and half. The dough is melt in your mouth and the ingredients undeniably fresh. I asked which dessert to take and I was given a mascarpone and caramel with nuts cup.
