I have been to this salon a few times over the last 3 years, but last week was my last time ever. I waited until now to post my review because I was just too upset and didn't feel that I would be objective enough.
The place was extremely shabby and filthy. It started with the polish selection. The majority of the colors were loud and over the top. With multiple bottles of the same color. Further any remaining colors were less the 1/4 full.
Once at the pedi station I couldn't decide if I wanted to put my purse on the table top next to my seat or the floor as the table top was filthy and looked to not have been wiped or cleaned for days, maybe weeks!
The foot soak was lined with a plastic cover that I assumed they threw out after each pedi? Humm, how hard would it be to just clean them once you've completed a pedi?
The mani stations were also dirty & crammed with stuff. The drawers and cabinet doors were open with towels and other stuff hanging from them. The arm rests were old and torn!
Clutter was every where on the floors. The walls had spots were large area were sparkled and left. Pictures were hung in disarray. The two nail techs were no better, they looked like they had just come off the street after a night of heavy drinking and partying.
I come to the salon for peace and tranquility, not this time, I couldn't relax with all the clutter around me.
I'm not sure if the owners/management of this establishment will ever read this but let it be a warning to you read more
