I wasn't excited by their website but worked with them anyway because I didn't have a choice. That was the first time. The second time I used them was totally by choice because of how awesome their customer service is. I'm not local so it was all via phone calls and texts but they are responsive and friendly and so helpful. I was able to try on wigs and exchange the ones that didn't fit right or were the wrong color. They even have options not on their site because they work with multiple vendors. Thank you for all you do for those of us suffering with hair loss. I appreciate you!

I would have paid less paying out of pocket.!!!! I have been fighting with them for over a year. Insist on an written estimate. The business website does not have any pricing when you place an order. Be aware of this business. completely shocked they have been in business this long. Deceptive, fraudulent and unethical.

I wore Trusst bras for years (no longer in business) and all that time they had me sized incorrectly as 34g. Sizing today shows I am and should have been 32j. The bras cost more than what you'd pay at a department store (honestly not that much more). But, you're getting quality bras that actually work and look good. They have an amazing selection to choose from. The staff are incredible. Fittings are appointment only. I've never had such a great bra fitting/buying experience. The education on proper fits and care is fabulous. There's an option to tip when you purchase. By all means, do it!!!

The girls who work there are pretty cool & friendly and kids, if you're 18 and not knowledgeable of sexual things, I think it's cool to still be able to go to a person who'll not judge you and will know stuff that'll help you practice safe sex and enjoy it too. I haven't asked them stuff because I already know a bit, but I've been to adult stores before, the employees are cool, non-judgmental people. We're all adults here, talk about sex and stuff, there should be no shame for people to talk about it and be into stuff other people may find as weird. It's 2019, come on! They have an interesting selection of videos put into categories I'd call it (instead of genres that regular movies are), toys and other such things usually seen at adult stores. I do wish they had hentai though, that stuff is interesting. Also, maybe have a small section if possible of parodies as a suggestion? I saw they had a parody adult movie that was in the fetish section and I don't think it fit in that category. In closing, this is an interesting place to go to.

Sitting right off Route 22 between Delmont and Murrysville gives it ample amount of people to stop. The building itself is rather small from the outside. If you are here looking for a specific item, odds are that you won't find it in house. They have a small selection of just about everything you can think of. Staff members are polite and helpful when needed. Although on the quiet side in this one. Only other thing to know about this place is that there is an adult arcade inside. I did not go in so I can't speak to that aspect. But there were several customers that came in after me that did go in that direction.
