My husband and I eloped and wanted to do a simple wedding photo shoot. I was lucky enough to find Abby on yelp and after checking out her website I knew she could take incredible outdoor photos, which was perfect for our shoot at Garden of the Gods. She answered my emails right away and I could tell she was enthusiastic about being our photographer. She made the entire process simple and enjoyable. She was quick to respond, offered extremely fair pricing, and was open to ideas and requests. We loved Abby as soon as we met her, she has great energy and was fun to hang out with. She had creative ideas for backgrounds and poses and the photos turned out better than I ever imagined. She was really fast at getting our pictures back to us too. The day of she had a handful of quick edits that she sent via text and in less than a week I had my full gallery, which I can easily access from her website. I wanted to do a family photo session (including our dog Luna) in Garden of the Gods, and it not only was a special and pleasant experience, the photos look amazing! She captured the grand but natural aesthetic that I wanted - I love the photos. She guided me throughout the entire process: provided me with samples in the location; picked out a uniquely perfect spot for the session; prompted us to take natural poses/smiles (we were all really enjoying the session so this was easy); and she was very accommodating to my requests, as I needed to have professional headshots done as well and ready by a certain deadline. Before the shoot even started - she was kind enough to provide us some guidelines on colors to stay away from if it's bright outside..etc. Super helpful because I know NOTHING about that stuff. She had some great location suggestions for the pictures, along with helpful pointers on posture, angles, etc. to make us look our best. As far as the overall collection of pictures...Renee's artistic point of view made the collection absolutely stunning. We are so thrilled. There were a few style themes that ran through different groups of pictures, which is great when I display them together in a frame or for our family's New Year card. We also had some more more traditional shots; great for sending to family members. Her pricing was very reasonable and I feel we got a fantastic collection to have forever. Turns out Brad is a ninja of the highest caliber. He caught wonderful, personal moments of our wedding and we hardly noticed his presence. His style is laid-back, yet very professional. We were blown away by the photos he took of our wedding day, and we've received great feedback from all who've seen the photos so far. Before writing review I asked the photographer if she edited photos she stated all photos were edited: My experience with photographer: Recommendations to bride after concern of unflattering pictures from photographer was to exercise, final wedding pictures were duplicates of limited poses, in primary pose of bride and groom, photographer utilized car sales banner (hopefully no copywriter infringement) throughout final pictures, and lastly add APPALLING pictures of our daughter in law (bride) in compromising position showing her UNDERWEAR! Mind you wedding and venue changed and she agreed to photograph with additional fees and gratuity(which were payed). After expressing concerns she continued to push off concerns and would not take accountability. She stated in her opinion she like car ad and wanted this writer to forward file number of pictures of bride exposed. Throughout planning photographer would often state, she would prefer to talk with this writer, after I verbalized concerns, photographer blatantly stated will only talk with person who signed, in which to our surprised would be only the second conversation about with our daughter in law. We are very disappointed at the results and although we are not all model sized we are human beings having a life changing moment that payed for services. Update: After talking with the bride no apologies stated would soften pictures of exposed underwear but couldn't fix any of pictures. No refund no accountability.
