good service but they are a little rough with filing. and they need more decor. but overall it was pretty good and they were really funny.

Super rude to my elderly client. The lady wouldn't help my client into the chair for a pedicure and smaked her hand several times. There was a child running around the whole time acting like a brat I assume the owners children. The owner was parked in the handicap parking out front so my handicap client had to walk across the parking lot to even get in the building. Awful service. read more

First off i walk in to no one in the salon, she asked what I needed I said a fill, you would think I ran over her dog. I asked to use the restroom she acted like I ran over her second dog. I came out and informed she was out of tissue in the restroom, absolutely zero response. Talked me into a NEW set, I agreed. very rough in the removal. then I received quite possibly the worst set of acrylics in my life. they are flat, curve up, I had almond shape to start and ended with a basic round. Terrible nail salon. Abusive service. I moved here from out of town with hopes to find somewhere i could be a returning customer. I even expressed my situation, so i thought the man might have done a good job with hopes he would gain a new customer. He was rude from the start. I picked my color that he clearly did not like and was rude about it. NOT ONE OTHER CUSTOMER WAS IN THE SHOP. he rushed through, not even putting two coats on and left dried acrylic on my skin. the nails were terrible, so thick that they hurt. when it came time to pay i was charged $60. for the work that was done i was extremely dissatisfied. i left a $10 despite the terrible work and service. when i got to my car and in the light i really looked at them and i was so upset about them i decided to go back in. I expressed my frustration and asked that he might fix them. He got mad that i was unhappy and proceeded to throw a nail file at me and call me a bastard. I will continue to share how awful of company this is. After i posted a google review they decided to respond that i was mad about the price and said that they charged me 50 for the set, $10 for a take off (that i did not receive or need because i had nothing on my nails when i got there). Bottom line is do not give this company or the owners your money. The wife knows that her husband is not nice to customers yet still sticks up for his behavior, it really makes me wonder if she is okay... if he treats complete strangers the way he treated me , i cant even imagine what goes on behind closed doors. read more

The staff was unfriendly, talked about how boring Clinton is. He kept yelling at me to loosen up my hand and getting mad at me. While using the tool to file my nails, he kept going over to my skin....on every finger. I told him it burned and he told me to not move my hand or it would cut me. I even yelled out ouch on one finger. He said I told you not to move. I will not go back to this place. read more
