It is rare to find this and I want to thank Dr. Quinn for his kindness and generosity. With gratitude, Yvonne.

I've been a patient of Dr. Stewart's for several years now. Not because he hasn't "fixed" me, but…read morebecause.. well, being human, we sometimes use our bodies incorrectly: sitting for long periods in front of a computer at work, not doing anything to strengthen our muscles, or forgetting to do things differently (adapting) when one has chronic injury and thus re-injuring it. I first heard about Dr. Stewart when I told someone I was looking for a "gentle" chiropractor. I was definitely referred to the right doctor. Dr. Stewart is amazing. When I go in for a visit he can often tell just by looking at me what area of my body needs adjusting! I know some people may have heard some negative things about chiropractors.. but remember, they are not all the same -- just as all doctors, mechanics, and bankers are not all the same. If you have any doubts about the process, I am sure Dr. Stewart will be able to put you at ease. (Also, he does have a website which can answer a lot of questions you may have.)

At the beach, our contact / interaction with Anna and Phil unfolded like a novel. Anna was outgoing, broke the ice, and spoke to us. She asked us some questions. Anna knew I had shoulder injuries even before I said anything about my health. We could feel that Phil was very kind and welcoming too. We ended up following them to the Healing Haven Clinic. Everyone, the staff was really nice at the clinic. My friend got (I think) Craniosacral therapy, and acupuncture. I got cupping and also acupuncture. Anna also put oils on my body that felt nice, smelled good, and which I needed. My friend told me that Dr. Phil was masterful with the needles. She has a lot of experience because she's in China a lot for treatment and her family members own an Acupuncture clinic in China. Once the treatment was done, the shoulder pain I had constantly for years and would have needed extensive surgery ended up with no pain. It's been many hours and I still feel no pain. I also feel Phil had "opened up" my qi or energy channels, and the stagnated energy is flowing in my body again. In the lobby, we found that Phil is an author and I have already read his book and the chapter he wrote. Phil has the sincere heart of a Healer and he has been willing to commit to a philosophy and life habit of improvement and change, in order to be the Best Healer possible. Dr. Anna and Dr. Phil make a great team. She has a way of asking all the right questions. I would absolutely recommend getting healing at Healing Haven, as this is a group of prolific Legendary Healers!

We scheduled an appointment in case I couldn't get in with my massage therapist on time. I ended up canceling within the 24-hour policy, but received a response that felt passive-aggressive, stating more notice would have been appreciated. I reached out to clarify the cancellation policy, as I was sure I had followed it when completing my intake paperwork. I never received a response, so I didn't go back. I'm happy to give more notice if that's what is expected, but I would encourage clearer communication of the policy moving forward to avoid confusion and frustration.

Dr. Vitale's commitment to service is unparalleled in any office I've been to, chiropractic or not…read more I was in a major car accident away from home and I happened to find Dr. Vitale through another chiropractor's office on yelp. She arranged to see me the very day I called. When I was at her office, she gave me individual attention. The space was a bit snug, but it didn't interfere with her ability to give me a comprehensive consultation. Her technique was very hands on. My other chiropractors have put me on electric stim machines and left me for nearly 15-20 minutes unattended. Not so with Dr. Vitale! She payed careful attention to the pain I was experiencing. When it came to the diagnosis, treatment options, and home treatments, Dr. Vitale was very specific and detailed in her explanations. She was very aware and respectful of my choice to not pursue any prescription pain-killers. Her excellent service did not end there. Since I had to head back home to Los Angeles, there was quite a bit of paperwork to take care of. She made the arrangements to send my bills to my insurance company, and faxed copies of my diagnosis to my new doctor. She even warned me that if a doctor wanted to see me for two months, more frequently than twice a week, that they'd be trying to take advantage of me. What advice! A week later, I received a copy of the diagnosis and my bills for my own records along with a card! Never in any medical office, have I received the care and kindness that Dr. Vitale has shown me. Highly recommended!
