Some love this restaurant because it is right on the beach. One could also say it was built in an ecologically poor place - not good for the natural environment. So little attention is paid to those things in this area
The setting is nice and there is a great view from other sites in the area. But if you are eating inside, with low ceiling and loud wallpaper, you will not get much of a view. The place can get very noisy.
Nevertheless, there is good food to accompany the sometimes 'healthy' prices - after all, in a coastal area where there may not be enough sun to spend hours at the beach, people must console themselves with good seafood And the razor clams, regular clams and tuna were, in fact, tasty. The wine was excellent as well. The salpicón de mariscos also looked appetizing but maybe not enough to pay 22 euros for it. (This is a tourist area despite the previously mentioned lack of sun.)
If you have a healthy budget, it's worth going, but try to find a less busy time. Not that the service was bad, because the food was quite quick in arriving despite the crowd. Perhaps there are other, more reasonable places in Viveiro - and not built on top of a lovely stretch of sand. Will keep looking. read more
