One star, and this is why...I've gotten a beautiful scarf for my birthday, but on closer inspection I found some irregularities in the weaving. I went back with both receipt and complete packaging completely intact after x-mas, and they claimed it had been worn and could not be exchanged. Now I admit I had it around my neck to try it on for a few minutes, but I would hardly call that wearing it. They were absolutely certain that they would never ever sell a scarf with irregularities, so it must have been me punching holes in the scarf while wearing it. Gentleman named London will give you lesson on Norway's demographics as opposed to remaining within his intellectual capabilities as a sales associate. He refused to check whether the store had a fresh bag in the back I wished to purchase. When I asked another associate for assistance she found one in the back. London reasoned that since Norway's population is 5 mill the store only carries one of each bag.
