The only LV I've ever been in with horrible service. Don't venture in unless you arrive just when they open. They do not have enough SAs to handle the number of customers and you will just end up sitting.... waiting, waiting, and waiting. read more

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The rudest and most arrogant salesman I've EVER encountered. Please visit others LV stores and avoid this one. I've visited many other LV stores when visiting Europe and this has to be the absolute worst!!! I don't normally yelp but this review is definitely necessary. read more

Such an unfriendly saleswoman. I did know about the long waitingtimes so I booked an appointment upfront. It was good I did that, so the security let me in immedealty, but the saleswoman kept ignoring me. I waited 30 minutes to get her attention. After I told her want I want, she was arrogant and not helpful at all. For all visitors, please go to LV Dusseldorf. Is not that far, a bigger store with much more items and friendly people inside. read more

I have had a bad experience first time I went in there. The old ladies are mostly rude and have no idea what luxury customer service is about. I have been assisted by a lovely young ma on my second visit and he was very helpful. It's a shame they don't get proper training and don't understand the luxury business. Very poor customer service. Walked in the store at around 11:00am on a Wednesday, the store wasn't even busy at all. There were only three customers. One Chinese sales person was busy with other two customers and one is just chit chatting with her. The other salesperson, I have no idea what he's doing. They didn't even bother to greet us or ask if we need any help. Guess they want me to bring my business elsewhere. Sure, glad to. Will never be back. read more

Okay, so I wasn't even that touristy, but I was American for sure. He was super down to Earth and let me look through everything I wanted to see. He didn't pressure me, he was actually really and truly helpful. The store was busy but not ridiculously crowded. After coming from the flagship store in Paris, this location was like a breath of fresh air.

Ich kann nur sehr gut über den Kölner Store berichten! War vor einer Woche zum ersten Mal überhaupt dort und hatte meine 15 jährige Tochter dabei. Es war Samstag und wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und gefragt, ob man helfen kann. Die junge Verkäuferin hat mir auf meinen Wunsch hin die Tasche gezeigt und mich sehr nett beraten. 5 Tage später bin ich dann wieder hin (diesmal mit meinem Mann) und wurde ebenfalls wieder nett begrüßt und diesesmal kam eine andere Verkäuferin auf mich zu. Immer mit einem lieben Lächeln :-) Sie frug, ob dies meine erste Louis Vuitton Tasche wäre und als ich dies bestätigte, hat sie mir alles genauestens erklärt, mir meine Tasche gezeigt und gefragt, ob ich sie mir auch in den anderen Größen anschauen möchte. Also sehr sehr nett. Auch die Taschenanhänger, nach denen ich gefragt hatte, hat sie direkt herbei geholt und sie mir gezeigt. Am Ende bin ich überglücklich mit meiner neuen Tasche nach Hause gefahren und war mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte Mal da!! read more

Ich habe dort schon so einiges gekauft und muss sagen, Dass ich bisher immer sehr nettes Personal hatte. Allerdings kann man schon mal 15 Minuten Wartezeit einkalkulieren, wenn viel los ist. Dabei gibt es bereits schätzungsweise 5 Mitarbeiter. Ein Ausbau wäre hier toll, auch auf die angebotene Ware. Schuhe gehören doch wohl mindestens auch noch ins Sortiment :) Wegen der lästigen Wartezeit gibts einen Stern Abzug. Sonst Top! read more
