She normally handled everything when it came to bills and policies. Mike not only made the transition of existing policies into my name go very smooth, but I've also added multiple other policies. I also changed some of the coverage without a single issue!! I expected a ton of problems .... but I ended up pleasantly surprised at the ease and at the professionalism shown by him and his staff during this trying time. They are so polite and knowledgeably and have always address my issues, explained and selling new products to me. They have help me with car insurance / car claims, home insurance / home claims, to life policy. I have moved away but I keep my life policies with this branch just because if something happens to me I know for sure Michael and his lovely team will take good care of my children claims.
