This made it difficult to build confidence or feel safe making mistakes as a student teacher. Student input was not welcomed throughout the training, and this was reinforced when my question at the end of the 5 months--about how students could share feedback--went unanswered. The program did not reflect the stated commitment to trauma-informed teaching and was not the safe or respectful learning environment I expected. I share this from a place of truth and with the intention of helping others make informed decisions. For these reasons, I cannot recommend Lucky Elephant for yoga teacher training.

Having tried other Reiki treatments, I remained disappointed until I stumbled upon Kate Thomas, new to Harmony Life. Kate has a gift. She's very calming, gentle, kind and understands the various ebbs and flows of energy throughout the body that effect the mind. During stressful times, Reiki (and massage) are my go-to treatments.
