Currently trying to pursue a fraud claim but really just wanted to try a new therapist and do something nice for my mom! Hey guys; if you can't handle your appointments don't sell groupons! While my previous massage experience was limited to 3 different places, Tanya has hands-down created the most welcoming space. As a person who is more reserved and hesitant about opening up both about myself and my personal space, I immediately felt at ease. She took the time to determine exactly what type of massage (level of pressure, areas that may need more attention, etc.) would meet my goal: to decompress. During the massage itself, I was able to unwind and felt the burdens of life--big or small--melt away. I have nodded off each time, a sure sign that my mind has been liberated from nagging thoughts of that never-ending to-do list.

I was not sure if I would feel awkward or uncomfortable about the idea of getting massage from a stranger. But talking with Charnell in the beginning put me at ease, and I had such a relaxing time. I found a groupon for one hour massage back in May for my mom, initially. Then I decided to treat myself and got one for myself, too. My mom had her massage a while ago, and she had a great time with Charnell. Ever since then I was looking forward to my appointment. She was booked (I'm guessing bc she is that good!) for a while. After waiting for a month, I finally got to visit her for my session. Booking is easy - you can either call her, or use her website to book your appointment. There are questionaire for new customers to fill out prior to the first appointment, which was quick and easy about your body condition and medical history. I originally told her that I have problems with neck, back, shoulder due to the nature of my work. Once she started massaging my neck, back, and shoulder, it felt as if she was reading my mind! She knows what she is doing with your tender and pained areas. I felt very comfortable and relaxed with her massaging me (I almost fell asleep during the session! Oops). I recommend Charnell x100!
