This is a…read moresmall city however it doesn't seem to have a focus on craft burgers like a lot of the cities do. So my expectations were not high. I made a custom burger from one of the standard ones listed on the menu, and it came out pretty good. However the wait time for that said burger was a bit too long especially when it wasn't that packed. I know most burger places will cook to order, but I was expecting my burger to at least come out medium well and not fully well done, so maybe that was an oversight on my part not to ask if I can have my burger medium. I customized the cheddar and bacon burger with avocados and jalapeños; added to my order, I got?french fries with cheese and jalapeño. The cheese is more like a nacho cheese that you get on at a movie theater but it went together well. As a side note, I recommend you tried the fries with mustard. This place is a definite place to visit if you're in the area. I only gave it three starts due to long wait times and the lack of choices to fully customize a burger.
