Bpost accepted my package and my payment, then three weeks after I was no longer in the country…read morenotified me that my package will not be shipped as agreed upon. They continuously changed their story as to why, the package was over sized, the package had an incorrect delivery address, etc. All of this was incorrect. Bpost's online chat bits are useless. Calling gives no way to speak with an actual person. E-mail does no good. Only after opening a claim will resort in a week delayed reply. Every reply after that is also delayed by a week. And the interactions are like speaking to a wall. Bpost has the worst customer service I have ever experienced out of any company. No one cares to assist their customers. They essentially steal your package and your money and then ghost you. SO NOT USE BPOST! Pay a little bit extra for a reputable company with decent customer support.
