He just couldn't be bothered. Its usually the customer that is the one that has to be managed over the phone because of their crankiness not the people running the business! I tried to book work but found the guy on the other on the other end of the phone was just plain rude and really unhelpful. Maybe it was too early in the morning, being 8:30ish, probably eh?!! Glasgow is a city full of charmers. I would suggest that if your looking for a handyman a key quality is dealing with people and having a bit of savvy on how treat your potential new customers.
