    In response to 'Brian H' (aka mgr I reference now) I called again to try to resolve the issue, the…read morebusiness hung up on me 2ce, then told me that no one was available. When I asked for the times that any staff would be available I was put on hold for 15 mins. The mgr answered the phone and proceeded to full-out yell at me, repeatedly tell me what a great offer it was while speaking over me, completely ignoring my concerns. His solution for my request of "Why haven't I received this?" was to accuse me of snaking benefits (along with a # of other false accusations, including intentionally 'losing' the letter.) I still haven't received the 3 Cancun trips promised, the alleged 2nd letter OR their '2nd' attempt to send the Cancun trips when later it was stated that they were only sent once. And now I 'get' one trip.) At this point, the mgr told his staff to find the letter for 'this lying bitch', after which I called him a few expletives myself. I had had it. I've been trying for over a month to get this resolved and - confirmed on the phone with the mgr that his entire staff was avoiding my calls, ignoring my messages, and hanging up on me because 'they didn't want to deal with a difficult person who clearly doesn't understand the benefits of this incredible deal'. Added to his name calling (liar, deceiver, manipulator, spoiled woman who can't stick to a deal, bitch, money grabber) he was outright abusive in tone and demeanor, raising his voice so loud my 3 co-workers beside me heard most of what he said. At the end I pacified him - wanted him off the phone. He patronized me, then said I should never have talked to anyone other than him or another woman, who was the only -nice- person and -helpful- person in the entire office and staff. Which brings me to the point of, if that's the case, why did no one out of the several people I dealt with, tell me this? Why was I told to call the broker of the deal specifically? Why was I not told over the phone the next day when I called to cancel (1st day and I was already getting the run around), that I had 3 days (I was even THERE in Vegas) to cancel and had to submit a certified letter? Why did it take over 30 days to get the name of the financier (lender company) to cancel to? Why is their financier - Universal Guardian Acceptance LLC - in litigation with class action lawsuits within the States of FL, HI, and TX beginning in 2007 and still on going in 2010 as A KNOWN SCAM COMPANY? "The defendants then used high-pressure sales tactics to convince customers that their 'software license' opportunity surpassed all others in the industry, " the release states. "The defendants' sales representatives often purported to 'negotiate down' from the software's $12, 000 retail price to $7, 000, $4, 000, or to a 'one-time price reduction' of $2, 200." ( I was only offered $4K) "Customers who could not afford the purchase price were offered financing. Rather than retain the purchaser's outstanding debt, the defendants frequently sold it to third-party debt collection or finance companies. "According to the documents, after purchasing the product, many customers were unable to log on to the Web site for at least two weeks. "When the defendants finally provided the necessary user IDs and passwords, many customers encountered technical problems. Customers who were able to fully access the system discovered that the bargain travel deals they were promised did not actually exist." During the sales negotiations, customers were told they could return the product for a refund if they were dissatisfied with their purchase. However, when customers attempted to cancel their contracts, the defendants claimed the sales contract was binding. Concerned that the debt collection agencies could ruin their credit ratings, many customers also paid annual support "software upgrade" fees, even when they could not or did not use the system. "Under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act, the defendants face civil penalties of up to $20, 000 per violation"

    We were pressured to sign a deal, and when we tried to book, everything was blocked. It is very…read moreexpensive to enroll, plus the service isn't good for what we are paying. A year later, after we signed, a call was placed to us letting us know everything was paid off. Few days later, another call was received saying that our contract was not over, and that we needed to pay $300 for renewal plus the monthly few. This company should be checked by the Attorney General in Nevada. They offer services that they can deliver.
