They created fantastic custom animations for each of the awards categories, and did all the video production to assemble the many, many pieces of video and audio into a fluid, polished, engaging experience for the awards ceremony attendees. The Awards Show needed to include many short videos sent in by SXSW Interactive Innovation Awards finalists -- Alex even put together a "basic shooting tips" how-to guide to help finalists create their footage, and then Golden Arm spliced it all together seamlessly. Then, Alex even volunteered to run the presentation from the AV booth on the day of the Awards Ceremony. He was extremely adept at adjusting to the quirks and unpredictability of a live show, and he made the video production work perfectly with the live performance. SXSW and I couldn't be happier with the work they did. Golden Arm Media is a talented, ingenuitive, industrious, prompt, and friendly team of video production professionals. In short, they are a joy to work with... so, if you have video production needs, go with Golden Arm Media. -Mason Stewart SXSW Interactive Awards Coordinator

He was always so quick to respond. When the wedding finally arrived, he put us and our families at ease. The groom and both fathers are pretty vocal in their dislike of photos, but Jeff managed to win even them over - he was professional but fun, and the suggestions that got us all laughing led to some of the best photos during the family portraits. We did a two-hour session earlier in the week before the wedding with just the bride and groom, to save time during the packed wedding day, and this ended up being a great call. Not only did we get some incredibly striking photos in a different setting than what was available during the wedding itself (like in front of a jaw-dropping sunset), we also had the opportunity to get comfortable with Jeff and his shooting style. Highly recommend. The photos turned out amazing, which is a huge understatement. He put together the gallery after the wedding faster than I was expecting, and sent us access to an online gallery. He had already picked out some highlights, but sent us everything so we could go through ourselves. He also did a few touch-ups for us that meant a lot - like removing an accidental photobomb from another vendor when my dad and I were walking down the aisle. Overall - an amazing experience! I've never had professional photos done before, and the candid moments he was able to catch of us I will cherish forever.

They were familiar with our venue, so they had some really great suggested photo spots, but they were also totally happy to incorporate all of our requests too. As for the photos, WOW. Seriously stunning. We have hundreds and hundreds of absolutely gorgeous photos, and you can find a photo for every single guest.
