Decent tour of the Santander Bay. For about 18€, we did a 60 ish minute tour of the bay. While the views were nice, the tour experience itself wasn't anything out of the world. For instance, I was hoping there would be a real person, instead of a recording, providing information about the bay area. Note the recording is in Spanish, it didn't provide that much information. Like I said, it was only 18€ so you get what you pay for. Also, I was a bit surprised we didn't travel further along where the light house is located. Perhaps, the conditions of the choppy waves prevented this during our trip. For instance, we could have ventured further along the lighthouse areas rather than viewing the industrial part of the bay.
The boat was in decent shape and had ample outdoor and indoor seating. Boarding was a breeze. However, I wish they had a queue system with a sign saying something like queue here. I noticed that several people who arrived we did managed to board 1st and were able to have 1st dibs for seating. read more
