This person was very apologetic, but it did t make up for the fact that we were hungry. I give 1 star because the food was good.

All the courses were well prepared and very tasty. We had a Sauvignon blanc from Marlborough with the dish. Very fruity and a great complement to the dish. This is a great addition to the restaurant scene in Frederikshavn and wonderful for date night, casual dinners or just an excuse to go out.

Chicken liver pate was superb. Porkbelly served in the end was also great. But all in all, very confusing. People need to see what they will be served, what if any allergies or dislikes....
