Love this gem in Bremerton! Quick service, full menu, pleasant staff, clean restaurant...and good food! Forgot to take photos of our orders-Hubbs had the senior plate chicken burrito which cones either brand and rice, while went for the chicken taco and cheese enchilada. Could have taken home extra but didn't. There is always more than enough on any plate. Support those restaurants out there!! read more

Los Cabos in Bremerton is great for Lunch, Dinner and Brekafast. Went with friends for lunch and enjoyed our food. Service was quick and staff were quite helpful and warm. As soon as we came in, we promptly got hot tortilla chips with Salsa and cheesy Bean dip, Salsa was so so good, don't miss it, we added Guac to dish to complete it For main course ordered Steak Fajita, Spinach Enchilada and Beef Enchilada. All of them tasted delicious, rice was a bit dry but the beans were cooked well. Good one read more

Update: About two hours after eating there today, my husband said his stomach hurt. Soon after, he was sick with stomach issues. Food poisoning? I didn't eat what he ate and have had no issues. Service was good and it is clean. Those are the positives. The chili rellenos are not good compared to any I've had in the past. Hubby had a chicken chimichanga and said it was very dry. We were surprised at the food quality given the great reviews. We tried it for lunch on Cinco de Mayo, a day when one would expect a Mexican restaurant to exceed expectations to encourage those "Mexican for a day" folks to return. We won't. read more

We are new to the area and this by far is our favorite Mexican restaurant so far. Great friendly service, nice atmosphere and yummy food!

New Years Eve decided to try this place, our first time. It was moderately busy. There were 3 of us, two who are over 6 foot table. We were shown to a booth in what felt like an atrium. Myself and my spouse sat on the booth side of the table, my son in the other side in a chair. The furniture is not modern today furniture. I was waiting for my husband to complain the table was too short. Two of us barely fit on the booth side, we are average side people. Our drink order was taken and when our food order was taken the server did inform us they were short of staff. Upon being seated we were given a bowl of hot refried beans, warm tortillas chips and salsa. The salsa was the bomb! Delicious!! I ordered my favorite Tacos Dorado, chicken. All three of our serving were huge. My tacos were stuffed with chicken. Wow, absolutely delicious. For dessert we had cinnamon covered churros with chocolate sauce. They were nice and warm when served. Our server was very nice, the food wonderful and the ambiance felt like you were actually in an establishment in Mexico. I think I found my new favorite place! I got a dish that was smothered in their signature sauce but their signature sauce tastes like something out of a Chinese restaurant. It was delicious just not something I've ever tasted as a Mexican person from Southern California. The ambiance was nice. Be careful of the parking lot since it was incredibly crowded. However, my partner is disabled and was not able to sit in the chairs for a long time due to how uncomfortable they were. Would love to see some more accessible seating! read more

This is a great Mexican restaurant to go to if you are reading this or ever in the Bremerton area. Friendly service, decent price, and unlimited chip and salsa is always a plus for me. Their price on the menu are fair. Numerous of option you can choice from. Everyday, they have their daily special written on the board for a great deal too. I ordered "Fish and Chip" which I shouldn't had, because this is a Mexican restaurant. It tasted great though, my friend ordered their daily special. I have been here quite a few times over the last few years and have always had kind professional service and great mexican food. I usually order a chicken burrito with green sauce. It is ALWAYS delicious. It's made simply, with our beans or rice. It's stuffed with perfectly seasoned chicken, covered in slightly tangy green sauce and some cheese. We stopped by Los Cabos Grill to grab a quick meal before our drive home to Seattle and it definitely hit the spot. I love that they serve refried beans AND salsa with their chips when you sit down. The refried beans were delicious and the perfect texture, which told me good things about the rest of food before I even tried anything. The beans and rice have to be right or everything else kind of falls apart for me. I mean, if you're serving them with all your entrees, they'd better be damn good. My fiance got his usual chicken taquitos. I opted for their combo of 2 enchiladas (cheese) and a taco (beef), served with rice and beans. Let me tell you, I already know that my eyes are bigger than my stomach. But nothing would have prepared me for the size of the plate set in front of me. Just take a look at my pics. The ground beef in the taco was flavorful, but the placement of the taco on the platter made the bottom so soggy it fell apart as soon as I picked it up. The enchiladas were tasty and the sauce was perfect. One tiny thing I'd change is that they use a blend with yellow cheese (I'm assuming cheddar) which (IMHO) isn't as good for cheese enchiladas as more traditional Mexican cheeses. Again, I can't hate because melted cheese inside tortillas is delicious--no matter what kind. And the enchiladas were tasty, just not quite as good as they could have been. The real stars of the show for me were the rice and bean sides. Again, the beans are the prefect consistency and so delicious. I dipped my chips in it the whole meal. That rice though... perfection. Probably the best I've had in Seattle. It was fluffy, moist, flavorful. It wasn't dried out or hard in spots. I also can't complain about the $4 happy hour margs we enjoyed either. This place is pretty good for Americanized Mexican food. They've got pretty decent flavors that most of us have come to expect from Mexican restaurants. They've added the new street tacos which are good but typical. I mean they're kind of good everywhere. I've tried the street tacos. I've had the combo plate with the enchilada and taco and enjoyed it. I have had some camarones which are my favorites. But I tried this Mexican chicken avocado soup once and it has become my go-to on a cold day when I am in, near, or around Bremerton. I think this restaurant stands out because they cater for large events and they do a very good job. I have used them twice for groups the size of around 60 and I've been very happy with the delivery, set up and service. read more

I'll start by saying my mother in law loves chili rellenos but she only ever requests it once a year for her birthday dinner out. Because of this we've tried several of the sit down Americanized Mexican places nearby and have yet to find one that she truly enjoyed her meal. Which is how we found ourselves at Los Cabos last week. Early evening on a Sunday the place was pretty empty when our birthday dinner group headed in. Almost as quickly as we were seated salsa and bean dip arrived at the table with a fresh batch of chips and they definitely keep em' coming. Los Cabos offers a casual atmosphere, friendly service and cheap margaritas - the true test would be the chili relleno. With large portions, everything we ordered was satisfactory or better and I'm happy to report I know exactly where we'll be at this time next year - if not sooner because this time she loved her birthday meal! read more

This is by far the best Mexican place in all of Bremerton and one of the best in all of Washington. I have been searching for years for any even decent places to get Mexican food and thankfully the last couple years it has gotten better throughout the state but this surpassed my expectations by far, as I had come to expect mostly ok here at best. Service is good and staff is pretty friendly as well. My only feedback is that they post what the happy hour is better so we don't need to have the waitress/waiter explain it. Well, we will start with how great the service is! They are prompt, courteous, and quick! They didn't harass us but definitely made sure we had all that we wanted and needed. We ordered the fajitas for two with corn tortillas, which is a prawn, chicken, beef combo. Yum!! We also asked for 2 tamales, which turned out to be bigger than expected and we only ate one - but not because it wasn't tasty. The food was tasty, if a little more bland than hoped (it is a Family Mexican restaurant, after all), but it has earned the approval of my boyfriend and myself and we will be back! Might ask for some extra kick in our food next time :) Definitely worth a go!! read more

We Ordered the lunch 1/2 Mexican pizza plate with rice and beans, side order of chili relleno, chicken fajitas and to drink, a Dr. Pepper and a Cadillac margarita. Margarita arrives in about 10 minutes. Still no Dr. P. Finally see the waitress again (margarita half gone), ask about the soda. Soda arrives 5 minutes later (margarita empty now). Food arrives right after that. Chicken fajitas arrive sizzling and smoking As do the other dishes. Food served really hot, plates are extremely hot!!! Fajitas were very good, chicken was tasty. This is the chili relleno I have been looking for, gooey cheese and cooked to perfection in my opinion. The Mexican pizza was okay, way to much cheese.Beans and rice were fresh and tasty. The best sit-down Mexican food restaurant in town by a long shot. Delicious, savory and flavorful shredded beef, we order it in nearly everything we get here, given the option. The crispy tacos are fabulous, as are the burritos, enchiladas and tortilla soup. We eat here at least twice a month and enjoy it every time -- it is out go-to. As California transplants we know good Mexican food and this is IT. The chips and salsa are also so satisfying. Perfect heat level on the salsa and the chips are always warm and perfectly crunchy. Always excellent service and while we've been doing more takeaway lately, our orders have always been prepared correctly and in a timely manner. This is a nice place for a beer and some Mex fare in Bremerton. I had a carnitas burrito platillo for $11.74 and Cadillac marguerita for $9 and they were ok. The burrito is made like a big enchilada with just meat on the inside which was interesting. It is somewhat Americanized Mexican food. The flavor and quality is ok. Value is fare. I ordered a Macho Burrito without beans and they nailed it perfectly! Great tasting meal, made quickly, great prices, large quantities. The other thing that really impressed me is that they went above and beyond to make sure our take out orders were well packaged to ensure things wouldn't leak out during the ride home. I went today with my 12 year old son. I have only lived in Bremerton since March this year, but I moved from an area in VA with VERY good Mexican/South American food all over the place, including multiple taco trucks, where some of the best, most basic South American food can be found. I was not disappointed. The lunch prices were good, especially considering the portion sizes. My son got the chicken enchilada platter with rice and beans, I got my tried and true, the beef burrito with rice and beans. Our servers were friendly and fast, and besides the usual chips & salsa, we also received bean dip, which my son fell in love with immediately. The beans were near perfect in flavor and consistency, the rice was better than I have had in a while. I fell victim while in VA to underseasoned rice, this was not. The burrito was very good, and the chips were SO fresh. The only thing I did not love was that I found the less chunky than I prefer. My son liked it quite a bit. I don't really judge a restaurant based on the salsa, and I did love it mixed with the bean dip and drizzled on the food. I not only recommend it, I will be back soon. read more

Ordered delivery through Door Dash and was not disappointed! The packaging everything came in was neat and well prepared; it came with tortillas wrapped in tin foil, fresh tortilla chips, and a generous amount of yummy salsa. I got the Cabos Special (Carnes Asada and Grilled Chicken with rice, beans, and pico de gallo) for the first time, and it was delicious! Everything was still very hot when it got to my house.
