I had a different divorce lawyer that handled things wrong but I believe julieanne should have fought for my right to have it.. after my ex stopped paying all child support it took over a month for anyone in her office to get back to my phone calls or emails and by then there was new staff that knew nothing about my case. They did contact his lawyers and threaten to take more steps to collect child support yet they made them over and over and never did anything to help me get the child support I was owed- which by then was thousands- and then months later when I could not pay the lawyers fees her office dropped me. Needless to say- I'm owed way more now (months later)... i told them if they could get any money from him I could pay- but apparently that's not their problem or how it works... By this time it had been several months and several thousands in child support they still wouldnt help collect. I've only had 1 meeting with the actual lawyer in the office the day before the court date and have never been able to speak to her again, countless emails unanswered and phone calls and messages taken but never have I ever spoke to her... Being a single mom is hard enough without having a lawyer who won't help you...
