Normally I'd hunt around, but having driven past this nearly hidden salon along the river I decided to give it a shot! And boy do they do things right! Not only were those who worked on my hand talented, friendly and inviting. (I'll keep their names private as they know who they are.) but the atmosphere here is wonderful! You're greeted with a smile, given a lovely and comfortable robe, offered drinks from the on-site coffee bar as you get primped and preened! I went a bit outside my comfort zone this time around. Opting to do something a bit more out of my norm than usual and I have to say, I have never been so happy with my hair as I was when I left today and for the first time in a salon, I didn't feel judged on my choices or preferences. Which I more than appreciate. I highly recommend this place to absolutely anyone in cambridge or surrounding area looking for a new salon! Horrible customer service and the color wasn't good either, the lady made a mess and asked me if I had to go to work the next day because it looked pretty bad. She tested five different formulations before ever even starting to ensure the colour was what I wanted. She spent four HOURS with me! I know I have a journey ahead of me to get my hair healthy again but I look a million times better than I did when I went in and and I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Shanna.
