However, when I had a chance to take a closer look, he actually only received the top sections of these plants. I had hired them to remove the roots... That's the part underground, not just the top part. When I brought this to his attention, he repeatedly gaslighted me and told me that the roots were just little roots and were no big deal; these were about as large as a basketball. Eventually, he agreed to come out and address the issue again, and it was resolved, but he charged me an extra $20 for gas. Phbbbbt. Would not use again.
