The first…read moretime, there was a very slight mark on the side mirror of a panda and they charged 240 euro and the second time, when giving back the car after 8 days there was some dirt on the floors and trunk after a ski trip and they charged 100 euros as if they would not clean the car between clients otherwise. Terrible agency.
