Took time to understand the situation (really slow water pressure in one bathroom and small drip that sounded like a leak). They replaced 3 bathtub drains that were corroded, fixed the issue with the water pressure and found what the drip was without putting holes in the ceiling below the bathtub (which was a plus). All works great and am very satisfied. Would recommend Farrell Plumbing & Cooling as a great option for those in the valley. p.s. They were recommended by a coworker for whom they had recently done some repairs. Since they were happy with the work and my prior plumber is no longer in business, I needed to find someone reputable. Will definitely use them again.

During the first visit in the morning, they only tightened the faucet--and charged me $100 for that alone. I called them afterward, confused as to why the faucets weren't actually replaced as requested. They apologized and said they would come back later that day. When they returned, they replaced the hot and cold washing machine faucets--something I expected to be part of the original visit--and charged $215 for what seems like a basic repair. The pricing feels excessive and the lack of clarity about the service was frustrating. I expected more transparency and better value for such straightforward work. I won't be using them again.
